It complements agent-shotgun: shotgun explores independent approaches to one bounded question; Fleet Manager steers persistent peers and their owned workloads over time. When installed-skill work calls for it, ruminate tracks source and installed revisions, while test-drive brings quality ratings and evidence into product decisions. The workflow uses coordination tools the host provides without requiring a polling daemon or bypassing host permissions.
